Paper Presentation
RULES & REGULATIONS
- Bring your college ID card on event day.
- Each team can have minimum 2 members and maximum 4 members.
- The decision of the judges will be final and no arguments or appeals will be entertained.
- Topics can be chosen by participants. It is advisable to focus on one particular topic.
- Presentation must be submitted in MS PowerPoint format.
- Paper must include:
Title of the presentation
Author(s) details and affiliation
Email id or corresponding author's email id
Abstract
Keywords
Introduction
Literature Review
Result and Discussion
Description of subject
Conclusion (in points)
References
- The team will get 5 - 7 minutes for their Presentation
- Abstract mail should contain:
• Abstract
• References
• E-mail ID
•Mobile number
- Mail submissions should include:
* Title /Theme of the paper
* Names of the authors
* Phone numbers of the authors
* E-mail ID
- Abstract should not exceed 250 words
- Paper should not exceed 15 pages
- Failure to follow submission format may lead to disqualification
- No appeal against judges decision
Registration Fee — ₹250 per participant
